Eileen Roberts, RSW
Eileen is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Diploma in Social Work. She is currently completing her fourth year of a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary.
Her practice is an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, feminist, and systems-based framework that integrates attachment theory, narrative, and somatic awareness. This approach centers on helping clients understand themselves, within relational and social context, while building regulation, agency, and sustainable change for real-life impact.
Eileen’s work focuses on complex family dynamics, stepparenting roles, and high-conflict co-parenting relationships. She offers coaching and counselling sessions that bring warmth and structure to these conversations, helping clients build insight, confidence, healthier patterns and stronger boundaries.
This work can include the High Conflict Institute’s New Ways for Families Counselling program.
For the past 17 years, Eileen has professionally supported women and their families through education, advocacy, and compassionate care. Her background as a doula, childbirth educator, lactation educator, and women’s health advocate has given her a deep understanding of the emotional and physical transitions people experience throughout their lives. As a mom and stepmom in a large, blended family herself, she is well-versed in the complexities of blended families!
“I’m passionate about walking alongside clients with curiosity, care, and respect. It is meaningful to me to honour a client’s lived experiences and support their path forward.”
”When I am not working with clients, you can find me creating something from wool, enjoying a cup of tea with a book, blowing bubbles from 60 feet underwater in my scuba gear, or relaxing on the nearest beach.“
