Eileen Roberts, RSW

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Diploma in Social Work. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary, and I expect to graduate next year.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-responsive, and client-centred approaches that prioritize empathy, safety, and real-life impact.

My work focuses on complex family dynamics, stepparenting roles, and high-conflict co-parenting relationships. I offer coaching and counselling sessions that bring warmth and structure to these conversations, helping clients build insight, confidence, healthier patterns and stronger boundaries. This work can include the High Conflict Institute’s New Ways for Families Counselling program.

I also offer one-at-a-time counselling sessions for individuals seeking support with a broad range of concerns, including major life decisions, grief, stressful life events, relationship challenges, etc. Whether you’re looking for a single session to address a specific issue or occasional support during a challenging time, I provide a space where clarity, insight, and relief can be found.

Since 2008, I’ve supported women and their families through education, advocacy, and compassionate care. My background as a doula, childbirth educator, lactation educator, and women’s health advocate has provided me with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical transitions people experience throughout their lifespan. I am also well-versed in the complications of families!

I’m passionate about walking alongside clients with curiosity, care, and respect—honouring their lived experiences and supporting their path forward.

When I am not working with clients, you can find me creating something out of wool, enjoying a cup of tea with a book, blowing bubbles from a depth of 60 feet in my scuba gear, or relaxing on the nearest beach.
